Valid for:
The Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas Membership Card is valid for one year from the day of subscribing and is valid for all of our dining venues, the Balance health club and the Balance SPA.

Discount Rates:
A Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas Membership Card entitles the cardholder to a 30% discount in PLUM fine dining, Vanilla Sky Bar and Lounge, The Poolside Restaurant, theme nights, buffets served at our Poolside venue and the Balance Spa and fitness club.

Vouchers:
The Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas Membership Card includes vouchers to be used in our different venues to a total value of over 35'000 THB

• Two set-menu dinners for two at PLUM fine dining, including a bottle of house Wine
• One brunch at PLUM fine dining for two people with a bottle of house Wine
• Tapas dinner for two at Vanilla Sky Bar and Lounge
• 6 cocktails at Vanilla Sky Bar and Lounge
• One BBQ for two persons
• One SPA treatment for two, The Sienna Indulgence
• One night for two in a Sea view studio room, including breakfast


Terms and Conditions

Membership validity:
The Membership Card (from hereon referred to as the Card) is valid one year from the issuing date and is non-transferable. The discounted prices are valid for each dining member sitting in the same company as the Card holder.

Card Validity:
The Card is only valid upon presentation before the arrival of the bill. It is the Card Holders responsibility to present the card.

Card Usage:
The Card entitles the guest to discounts on our dining venues, the Spa and the fitness club. The Card and vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and it does not include The Sienna Series at PLUM fine dining.

Theft or Loss of the Card:
In the eventuality of loss or theft of the Card, this has to be immediately reported to Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas so a new Card can be issued and the old one de-activated.

Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas will not be held responsible for loss or misuse of the Card.
Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas reserves the rights to make changes and amendments to the Terms and Conditions for the Card without prior notice.
Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas reserves the rights to add Card holders contact details to a confidential database from which news and updates will be sent to the Card holder.
Cape Sienna reserves the right to cancel the Card membership without compensation, should the cardholder in any way misuse the Card or otherwise break any hotel rules & regulations.
